At Signature Luxe Hairs, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw and virgin human hair extensions and wigs. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only the best.
Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a clear and fair return policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
The hair must be in its original packaging, with tags and security seals intact.
The return request must be made within 14 days after receiving delivery.
The product must not be a custom-made or sale item (these are final sale).
If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom wigs or colored units
Hair installed, altered, or styled
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at sales@signatureluxe.com.uk or signatureluxehairs@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We would recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure your return gets to us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different length or texture (and it’s in stock), we’re happy to assist. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
