Custom-made wigs and special requests may require 5–10 business days to craft before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeframes
UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Europe & International Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress directly with the courier.
